Gamma wall
Also called Gamma walls
A strike where net dealer gamma exposure is most extreme: the call wall on the positive side, the put wall on the negative side.
A gamma wall is one of the two strikes where net gamma exposure is most extreme. The call wall is the strike with the largest positive net GEX. The put wall is the strike with the most negative. Together they are the gamma walls.
Traders often read the call wall as resistance and the put wall as support, because dealer hedging is heaviest there. A wall can sit on either side of spot, and it can move as price and open interest change.
