What Data May Be Retained
For legal and compliance purposes, some data may be retained by our payment processor (Stripe):
- Payment transaction history (required for tax compliance, typically 7 years)
- Subscription and billing records
- Financial records as required by law
This data is managed by Stripe in compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
How to Request Deletion
For Facebook Login Users:
- Go to your Facebook account settings
- Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
- Find "Market Data Platform" in your connected apps
- Click "Remove" and then "View" to request data deletion
- You'll receive a confirmation code to track your request
For Google or Apple Login Users:

Deletion Timeline
Once you request deletion:

Immediate: Your account will be marked for deletion and you'll receive a confirmation code

Within 30 days: Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems

After deletion: You can sign up again if you change your mind (as a new user)
