Data Deletion Request

Your privacy matters to us. Learn how to request deletion of your personal data.

What Data Will Be Deleted

  • Your account information (email, name, profile)
  • OAuth authentication data and provider links
  • User preferences and settings
  • Account activity and usage history

What Data May Be Retained

For legal and compliance purposes, some data may be retained by our payment processor (Stripe):

  • Payment transaction history (required for tax compliance, typically 7 years)
  • Subscription and billing records
  • Financial records as required by law

This data is managed by Stripe in compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

How to Request Deletion

For Facebook Login Users:

  1. Go to your Facebook account settings
  2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "Market Data Platform" in your connected apps
  4. Click "Remove" and then "View" to request data deletion
  5. You'll receive a confirmation code to track your request

For Google or Apple Login Users:

Deletion Timeline

Once you request deletion:

Immediate: Your account will be marked for deletion and you'll receive a confirmation code

Within 30 days: Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems

After deletion: You can sign up again if you change your mind (as a new user)
