About Theta Vantage

Theta Vantage is an options analytics web app. It records dealer Greek exposure through the trading day, streams options order flow, screens covered-call and cash-secured-put strikes, and puts an AI agent on top that can use the same tools.

Why "Theta" Vantage?

Theta measures time decay: how much an option loses each day as it approaches expiration. If you sell options, theta is the part of the trade that pays you for waiting, which is why it sits underneath covered calls, cash-secured puts, the wheel, and credit spreads.

The name is the point of view. The wheel screener, strike selector, and income calculator exist to pick the strike where theta is worth collecting, given where max pain, the gamma walls, and the expected move sit.

What we are

A single web app with a live options chain, max pain, key levels, gamma, vanna, charm, and delta exposure by strike and expiration, one-minute intraday heatmap snapshots with history and compare mode, real-time order flow with sweep detection, net premium drift, IV rank and skew, an options profit calculator, and the income tools above. Athena, the built-in agent, can call those same tools for the symbol on screen and write a daily Trading Brief for Pro accounts.

Pro members can use Theta Vantage MCP in Cursor, Claude, Codex, Grok, and other remote MCP clients with the same tvk_ key as the REST API. Setup is in the MCP docs.

Who it is for

Retail options traders who want the positioning data a dealer desk watches, at a retail price. Premium sellers get the strike tools. Directional and 0DTE traders get the intraday heatmaps, flow, and key levels. Nothing here is advice; every page shows you the data and the math behind it so you can make the call.
